Courtyard by Marriott Alexandria

The front desk was very helpful for our group. I was so tired coming in and even with issues the front desk was so helpful. Alliyah the bartender was so sweet! She was so accommodating and very helpful and approachable. We had a great time at the bar. Helped turn our groups mood around.

First time at this hotel and I love it. The service is great. The rooms and facilities are clean. Great happy hour and food options. Sergio and Chloe are awesome. Kimberly the receptionist is awesome too! Will definitely be staying here again if I am back in the area.

Outstanding Service from Sergio at Courtyard Marriott – Alexandria, Louisiana My stay at the Courtyard Marriott in Alexandria, Louisiana was excellent, thanks to Sergio, the manager. From the moment I arrived, he made sure everything was smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for guests truly set this hotel apart. Sergio went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and made me feel welcome the entire time. You can tell he takes pride in his work and runs the hotel with top-notch service. If you’re staying in Alexandria, I highly recommend this hotel—ask for Sergio! He’s the reason I’ll definitely be coming back.

Outstanding customer service! Sergio at the bistro bar and Gregory at the front desk went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. And all of the ladies in housekeeping were sweet and hospitable as well. Thank y’all for being so kind! I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the courtyard Marriott. One of the highlights was the exceptional service provided by Sergio the manager on duty, who was also working the bistro. He went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. I asked for directions to the local grocery store. He gave Clear directions, but I am directionally challenged unfortunately. He was standing near the door when I walked out and he noticed, I was headed in the wrong direction. He stepped outside to point me in the right direction he even went above and beyond, and walked me in the direction of my destination, and suggested I stay on the Path Through the parking lots and not walk between buildings for safety reasons. He assured me there aren’t or have not been any safety issues, but it’s a good practice to stay on the main road. I appreciated his kindness and willingness to help.

Sergio Peters the bistro manager, o wow was so professional. I came to the hotel for the first time to meet my brother and sister who traveled from Florida. They told me to meet them at the bar. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Sergio. His personality was so friendly and he wanted to make sure that our needs were met.
